As a Military spouse (ARMY, Retired) and Mother of 4, I completely understand the challenges associated with relocating across state lines, preparing a home that is filled with little people and pets to be "show-ready", and the bittersweet emotions that can arise during a necessary address change.

I personally understand the anxiety associated with bidding wars and desperately wanting our offer to be accepted on what we believed to be our family's dream home, or negotiating to sell for top dollar. I enjoy generating marketing strategies for luxury real estate listings and maximizing the ROI for investors, and one of my greatest passions is educating first-time homebuyers on the many available resources that reduce their financial barriers to entry to ensure they achieve their goal of home ownership.

Serving as a Team Leader and New Construction Community Manager has afforded me extensive New Home Sales experience with representing builders, land developers and has qualified me as a skilled guide to everyday hard-working people intimidated and overwhelmed by the building process. It is truly something special when a client trusts you through the idiosyncrasies of dealing with a new build.

Partly because of this trust, I commit myself to continued education and continued training to ensure I am well-informed on the market and acquainted with the latest technology, resources, and a professional network database that gives my clients the greatest advantage.

I have earned the highest designation awarded for Residential Real Estate of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) held by less than 2% of REALTORS nationwide, as well as Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller’s Representative Specialist (SRS) a certified Corporate and Government Relocation Professional (g-CERTIFIED) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing and am currently pursuing an

MBA.
